      • FT-3000 flue gas emission continuous monitoring system is an advanced equipment which adopts in-situ extractive FTIR analyzing technology. It works in the way of full-time high-temperature heat tracing (thermal wet method), and can accurately measure a variety of flue gas components, including SO2, NOX (NO, NO2), HCl, CO, O2, humidity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate and other parameters. The measurement of SO2, NOX (NO, NO2), HCl, CO and humidity uses Fourier Transform Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy (FTIR), which effectively analyzes and monitors the concentration of the measured components, while the measurement of O2 uses the zirconia method, which is capable of accurately determining the oxygen concentration. Temperature (T), pressure (P) and flow rate (S) measurements are performed using thermistors (PT100), pressure sensors and Pitot tube method respectively, ensuring accurate monitoring of flue gas parameters. The innovative design and multifaceted analytical capabilities of the FT-3000 continuous flue gas emission monitoring system make it a reliable and comprehensive monitoring solution, widely used in industrial emissions and environmental monitoring.

        • Super anti-interference: In order to adapt to the analysis and measurement under complex working conditions such as waste
          incineration, different from the traditional algorithm, it adopts non-linear least squares iterative algorithm, which effectively
          avoids the cross-interference between the components, as well as the absorption effect of water vapor.

        • Outstanding technical principle: FTIR analysis technology, wide spectral range, measurable components, wide measurement
          range, low detection limit, to meet more monitoring needs, such as suitable for high sulfur and low nitrogen, organic interference and other conditions measurement.

        • Independent research and development: the core interferometer is independently developed.

        • High-temperature heat tracing for the whole process: 180℃ high-temperature heat tracing for the whole process, avoiding
          inaccurate measurement caused by flue gas condensation and crystallization.

          path and prolong service life.
