        EM-5 Flue Gas Analyzer (hot-wet) is a gas analysis product of multi-return optical path on basis of years of accumulated ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy. Based on Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) and Stoichiometric Algorithm (PLS), the analyzer can measure SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, CO, CO2, Cl2, O3, H2S,HCl, CH3I, CH2O, etc. In addition, our analyzer can configure with self-developed built-in infrared module to measure CO according to customer requirement, which has higher accuracy and reliability, faster response compared to electrochemistry method solves problem of short service life.

      •  Features

        High-temperature tracing without cold ends effectively prevents measurement values from being underestimated due to the dissolution of SO2 and NO2 by condensation water.

        Using UV differential absorption spectroscopy technology and a long optical path gas cell, the detection limit is as low as 0.1 μmol/mol with high sensitivity.

        NO and NO2 can be directly measured simultaneously without a converter.

        Not affected by background components such as H2O, CH4 , CO, NH3 , and dust.

        Measurement results are not affected by temperature or vibration, ensuring high stability.

        The pulse xenon lamp has a long service life.

        The analysis module has no optical moving parts, making it unaffected by vibration.

        The gas cell is robust and has low maintenance costs.
