        FT-3000 flue gas emission continuous monitoring system is an advanced equipment which adopts in-situ extractive FTIR analyzing technology. It works in the way of full-time high-temperature heat tracing (thermal wet method), and can accurately measure a variety of flue gas components, including SO2 , NOX (NO, NO2 ), HCl, CO, O2 , humidity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate and other parameters.

        The innovative design and multifaceted analytical capabilities of the FT-3000 continuous flue gas emission monitoring system make it a reliable and comprehensive monitoring solution, widely used in industrial emissions and environmental monitoring.

         Features

        Multi-component measurement: simultaneous monitoring of SO2 , NOx (NO, NO2 ), CH4 , HCl, HF, CO, CO2 , N2 O, H2 O, O2 , etc.

        Strong anti-interference: non-linear least squares iterative algorithm, effectively avoiding cross-interference between components and influence of water vapor;

        FTIR technology: wide spectral range, multiple measurable components, wide measurement range, low detection limit, able to meet a variety of requirements;

        High-temperature heat tracing of 180℃ throughout the whole process to avoid inaccurate measurement caused by flue gas condensation and crystallization;

        Other parameters and factors expandable according to actual needs.
