        The EMOGA-5 can measure parameters such as methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, styrene, carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, trimethylamine, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc., of which methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, styrene, carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and trimethylamine are measured by the characteristic absorption spectroscopy method; temperature by the platinum resistor (PT100) or the thermocouple, pressure by the pressure sensor and velocity by the Pitot differential pressure method, and humidity by the high temperature capacitance method. The characteristic absorption spectroscopy method can also measure benzene and toluene
