The GCOM-3000 (A2) adopts low-temperature cold trap adsorption-thermal desorption technology combined with hydrogen flame ionization detection technology to concentrate non-total methane hydrocarbons in the sample gas and reduce the detection limit of the gas chromatography analyzer through the direct measurement method with Tenax-based segmented combination adsorbent tubes, together with MFC electronic flow control. The analyzer's internal analytical gas path adopts whole-process heat tracing without cold point design, which effectively reduces the adsorption of trace high-boiling point NMHC sample components, and it is suitable for on-line continuous automatic monitoring of NMHCs in ambient air and perimeter air of industrial parks.
Automatic cycle sampling function which is simple to operate and easy to use, realizing the automated measurement process;
Use of electronic mass flow control (MFC) to improve analyzer measurement accuracy and stability;
Semiconductor refrigeration for the cold trap with a cooling temperature of -15℃ (at room temperature), meeting most of low-temperature enrichment needs;
Remote control of the analyzer via TCP/IP network or direct operation via touch screen.
Urban atmospheric ambient air, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, furniture manufacturing, automobile spraying and air quality VOC online continuous monitoring in other industrial park perimeters.
