The APH-500 generates hydrogen by electrolysis. It uses potassium hydroxide aqueous solution as electrolyte, precious metal as electrode, adopts the latest membrane separation technology to separate hydrogen and oxygen completely, and adopts the transition group metal catalytic technology in the electrolytic cell, so that the hydrogen oxygen content of the hydrogen production is less than 3 nmol/mol. The program control of this instrument adopts high sensitivity, fuzzy control automatic tracking system, eliminates the pressure regulator valve, realizes automatic constant pressure, constant flow, and makes the pressure stabilization accuracy range less than 0.001MPa. It can realize fully automatic adjustment (0-500ml/min) according to the amount of hydrogen required by the chromatograph. When the user stops using the gas, the instrument automatically stops hydrogen production to avoid overpressure in the system, ensuring safety.
