        The DMS-300I is a newly self-developed ultra-low range dust monitor based on years of accumulation of online dust detection technology. It adopts the highly sensitive forward scattering measurement technology, with a detection limit as low as 0.05 mg/m3. With whole-process high-temperature heat tracing, it effectively eliminates the interference of water vapor, thus meeting the needs for precise measurements of ultra-low dust concentrations.

        Forward scattering principle, low detection limit;
        Pitot tube parallel isokinetic sampling method, in line with the technical conditions of smoke samplers;
        Air curtain protection blowing function to protect the lens from contamination;
        Whole-process high-temperature heat tracing to eliminate the interference of water vapor;
        Intelligent timed blowback to prevent pollution, blockage, etc.
        Dual-range automatic switching function;
        In-situ installation, small size, light weight, easy to install.

         Applications

        Applied in dust emission detection, detection and control in desulphurization & dust removal engineering of flue gas in power generating boilers, industrial kilns and industrial boilers for thermal power generation, iron and steel metallurgy, petrochemical and chemical industry, cement production, ceramics, waste incineration, etc.
