        The DMS-100 Dust Monitor is a dust meter of intrinsically safe explosion-proof type independently developed and produced by the company. It adopts mainstream laser backscattering measurement technology, with core components all originally imported. The dust concentration measuring instrument is based on the working principle of intrinsic safety explosion-proof. The instrument can operate in environments containing flammable gases or dust, such as petrochemical, chemical and other occasions for flue gas emission, process control, hygiene, safety, and other particulate matter monitoring sites.

      • Features

        Adopts the principle of laser backscattering to realize real-time detection of dust concentration;

        Intrinsically safe explosion-proof type, explosion-proof marking: Ex ia IIC T6 Ga (explosive gas);

        Infrared remote controller & LCD display screen, on-site dust concentration direct reading;

        Adopts multiple stabilization technologies, including: optical power self-adaptive stabilization technology, self-adaptive phase-locked amplification technology, temperature compensation technology, anti-natural light interference technology, providing fast, reliable, and accurate quantitative smoke and dust emission monitoring data;

        Supports dual-range automatic switching function;

        Compact structure, easy installation, lightning resistance, resistance to harsh environments, low cost, small maintenance workload.


        Applications

        Used for continuous monitoring of particulate matter emission concentration from various pollution sources. Can be matched with flue gas continuous monitoring systems (CEMS), or a single unit or multiple units can be connected to form a dust monitoring network sharing one front-end. This product is widely used in the following occasions: power plants, steel mills, cement plants, dust removal equipment, and other powder engineering process control. Suitable for places with explosion-proof requirements such as petroleum and chemical industries.
