        The DMS-300 Dust Monitor (extraction type) is an ultra-low high-temperature extraction dust analyzer developed by the company based on years of research in dust detection technology. It extracts dust from flue gas (chimney) at a constant velocity into a high-temperature heated dust measurement module for analysis. This instrument features a low detection limit, insensitivity to water vapor, and high measurement accuracy. It is particularly suitable for ultra-clean emissions and low-temperature, high-humidity flue gas environments after wet desulfurization processes.

      • Features

        Detects dust concentration using the laser forward scattering method, with a low detection limit (0.05 mg/m³);

        Features high-temperature heating throughout, eliminating the impact of water vapor on measurements;

        Utilizes the parallel isokinetic sampling method with a Pitot tube, complying with the technical requirements for dust samplers (HJ/T 48-1999);

        Equipped with an air curtain cleaning function to protect the lens in real time from contamination;

        Includes automatic backflushing to clean the pipeline, preventing pollution and blockages;

        Supports a dual-range automatic switching function;

        Incorporates multiple stabilization technologies, including adaptive optical power stabilization technology, adaptive lock-in amplification technology, and temperature compensation technology, ensuring rapid, reliable, and accurate quantitative monitoring of dust emissions.


        Applications

        Dust emission monitoring and process control of flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects for enterprises such as thermal power generation, steel metallurgy, cement production, ceramics manufacturing, and waste incineration, including various power boilers, industrial kilns, and industrial boilers.
